Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is unused and in its original condition
The item has no signs of wear, damage, or alterations
All original packaging, certificates (BIS, diamond certificate), and bills are included
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Items returned without original packaging/certificates will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Customized or made-to-order jewellery
Engraved items
Special designs created on customer request
Items purchased during clearance or special sale
Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer

Step 1 – Raise a Request

Step 2 – Approval
Our team will review the request and may ask for product images.
Step 3 – Pickup
Once approved:
A courier pickup will be arranged
The package must be sealed in the original box
Items must be securely packed to avoid damage
Step 4 – Quality Check
Returns undergo a strict QC check:
Weight verification
Purity check
Damage/alteration inspection
If the item fails QC, the return will be rejected and sent back.

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
Refund Time
Refund may take:
3–7 business days after QC approval
Bank delays are possible depending on your provider
Deductions (if applicable)
Refund amount may include:
Shipping charges
Payment gateway fees
Any cost related to tampered packaging
If a free gift was included in the order, it must also be returned unused.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are allowed before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — but return can be initiated after delivery.
